Description:
The purpose of this amendment is to extend the deadline for quote submissions to Monday, December 22, 2025. The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Conte Anadromous Fish Research Laboratory has a requirement for annual preventative maintenance and routine repair/replacement service for its Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system located at 1 Migratory Way, Turners Falls, Massachusetts. Appendix A provides the Statement of Work.The period of performance one year after receipt of order. There are four, one-year option periods which may extend the period of performance four years. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 238220. The size standard is $19 million. The basis of award is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.Quote submissions are due on or before 12/22/2025. The anticipated award date of the contract is on or before 01/15/2026. A vendor must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/index.html to be awarded the contract.All responsible sources may submit a bid or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.Responses must be emailed to sruggles@usgs.gov.
