THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Provide all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to perform preventative maintenance and cleaning services to the Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system and duct work at the Otter Brook Lake Project Office. All work shall be completed in accordance with manufacturers recommendations and the Performance Work Statement.
