HHSC PCS is seekingcompetitive bids to establish contract(s) for HVAC unit replacement at the RioGrande State Center Bldg. 508.MandatoryOn-Site VisitHHSC will conduct two(2) mandatory on-site visits at the location specified below on the date andtime identified in the Procurement Schedule (cover page of this IFB) or on thedate and time established in subsequent Addenda.The on-site visitwill include a review of the IFB requirements as well as a walk-through of thefacility.Attendance at one (1)on-site visit is mandatory. Failure to attend in person will result in thedisqualification of a Bidder.
