HPU will consist of 40 HP electric Motord. Parker brand piston pump capable of producing 47 GPM @ 1110 PSI. e. 1.5 HP motor with circulation pump. f. Kidney Loop filter and coolerg. Return filter in reservoir, h. Soft start 480V panel, i. Temp and low-level indicatorj. Plumbed primarily with rubber hose and small amounts of stainless-steel tubing as needed. k. Prior to AwardDETAILED DESCRIPTION REQUIRED PRIOR TO AWARD: MCAAP personnel will validate and verify/approve the offeror?s proposal before award is granted. To meet this review requirement, the offeror shall submit with their proposal a detailed technical description of each item. The offeror?s description submittal shall account for each one of the required product features located in this qualifying statement, and shall do so clearly, and in the same order as listed on this qualifying statement. The description shall also clearly portray/describe how each item will function. If qualifying on an ?equivalent? basis, proposal should list in detail where the proposed item is equivalent to the model/item requested and any ?non-equivalencies? must be explained. Enough information must be provided so that the government technical reviewer can verify equivalency. An offeror?s opinion that their product is ?equivalent? is not sufficient. Conceptual drawings that are not detail ?as built? drawings shall be provided as part of the detailed description. Drawing must provide overall height, width, and length dimensions. It shall depict the locations of key components to include base plate spacing and anchor pattern, hook height, overhead clearance, clearance span, and distance between columns.
