The contractor shall provide qty one (1) Hydrogen Gas Palladium-based Purifier with the following characteristics:
Palladium membrane purifier for hydrogen; unlimited lifetime - no regeneration required Minimum Inlet (feed gas) hydrogen purity of 99.99 percent (%) Minimum Outlet (purified gas) purity 99.9999999% hydrogen Typical pure hydrogen flow rate of 20 standard liter per minute (slpm) at outlet pressure of 80 pounds per square inch gauge (psig) and inlet pressure of 180 psig Maximum bleed rate of 1.1 slpm (feed gas) hydrogen Automatic nitrogen purge for cell protection Outlet check valve to prevent back diffusion Boost bleed valve for quick purging of 3-5x normal bleed rate Z-purge of electrical cabinet Feed gas, purified gas, bleed gas outlet, and nitrogen purge inlet are all male Vacuum Coupling Radiation (VCR) metal-to-metal seal fittings Closed loop cell temperature control High/Low Cell temperature alarms Maximum volume of 4100 cubic inches Programmable logic controller (PLC) controlled shutdown and startup 120 volts alternating current (VAC) operation. - Documents:
