ATTENTION ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:Please be advised the Pre-Solicitation has been updated to include information regarding a Pre-Proposal Site Visit and updated attachments.PRE-PROPOSAL SITE VISIT:The Government has scheduled a pre-proposal site visit for 05 June 2025 at 0900 hours Local Time. Offerors must pre-register their attendees no later than 30 May 2025. To Pre-Register, complete the Site Visit Attendee Information Sheet (attachment 16) and submit it via email to kelsey.j.lahue@usace.army.mil, sterling.j.alphonse@usace.army.mil, and phillip.n.tran@usace.army.mil. IMPORTANT: Any individuals planning to attend must register in advance with all information provided in the site visit attachment to be permitted access to the sites—please use the attached Attendee Information Sheet. Space may be limited, and as a result, the number of attendees per company may be limited. Site visit location is located in Oyem, Gabon. The coordinates are Latitude 1°34'28.88"N, Longitude 11°33'10.89"E (1.574689, 11.553025). Site visit attendance is not mandatory to submit a proposal.
