Description:
The City of Lakelands strategy is to reduce the reliance on City owned resources. While we will review all proposals for fit and alignment, cloud and supported platforms are preferred. Proposals should, however, fall within the budget for the project. If the proposal is for services only, the platform should be specified, and its cost will be factored into the total cost of ownership during the evaluation.Post migration, the City will review competitor products lines and consider moving away from Maximo. The proposed platform should position us to move to another application should that be desired.The City of Lakeland is seeking proposals from qualified upgrade and migration partners to move our current on-premise Maximo deployment to the latest version and a recommended platform. An analysis of SaaS alignment should be included to identify customizations and configurations that should be redesigned or eliminated for vanilla functionality. Integration points within Maximo will need redesigned and also a migration from Maximo Anyplace to Maximo Mobile is required.
