**This is a Pre-Solicitation Announcement Only** Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Renovation VA Medical Center San Francisco, CA Project # 662-23-101This is a pre-solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or around February 18, 2025. The solicitation will contain all necessary proposal instructions.This requirement is a total set-aside for eligible SDVOSB contractors and will be solicited as a tradeoff procurement.Proposals will only be requested and accepted from certified SDVOSB contractors who are registered in SAM.GOV and Small Business Association s (SBA) Veteran Small Business Certification (VETCERT) at the time the offer is submitted and prior to award.The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $45M. In accordance with (IAW) VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 836.204(h), the magnitude of the project is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. Questions regarding this pre-solicitation must be sent in writing to Christopher.whipple@va.gov and cc: Daniel.jhun@va.gov .
