The purpose of this amendment is to address errors from the original combined synopsis/solicitations, provide clarification in response to requests for information, and extend the submission deadline to 11:00 AM Friday, February 14, 2025.This requirement is solely for the Department of Veterans Affairs New Jersey Healthcare System East Orange and Lyons Campuses. Disregard all references to New York VA facilities as they are not applicable to this requirement. | All prospective offerors must provide documentation of current and active licenses as well as certifications for the State of Jersey as outlined in the Statement of Work. Licenses and certificates must current at the time of the offer, at the time of award, and updated annually for the duration of the anticipated contract. | In accordance with the Limitation of Subcontracting (LOS) clauses referenced in this solicitation (VAAR 852.219-73 and VAAR 852.219-75, all offers must include a completed Certificate of Compliance for Services & Construction (VAAR 852.219-75) in order to be considered for an award. Interested parties submitting an offer to include a prime and subcontractor or joint venture must provide an explanation of how they intend to meet the requirement to perform 50 percent of the required work in their technical capability section. |This requirement is for third party air monitoring as well as preliminary assessment services. (Please reference specific tasks in the Statement of Work for a complete detailed list of required services.) This requirement is NOT for abatement services. The prospective awardee would not be eligible for consideration of any award of any future abatement services while performing on this anticipated contract. |Both of the New Jersey Healthcare System facilities are medical facilities where abatement services are often required to be performed at night or over the weekends to prohibit the interruption of daily operations and patient care.
