SummaryThis is a non-personal services contract to provide elevator safety testing, certification, and service for one elevator for the U.S Army Corps of Engineers, Table Rock Lake Project. The awardee shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to successfully perform these services.This contract encompasses one (1) elevator located at the Dewey Short Visitors Center, 4600 State Hwy 165, Branson MO, 65616. The subject elevator service three levels of the visitor-s center, the lower level, main level/lobby area and upper level. Specifications for the elevator are summarized below:Elevator: Kone 20325072 Type: Traction/MRLThe Contractor must abide by and meet the qualifications of Missouri Department of Public Safety 11 CSR 40-5, for all work performed under this contract. Proof of Elevator Contractor License and Elevator Mechanic Licenses must be provided prior to award of this contract.Please see two attached documents and reply with the Capabilities Survey by the response date
