Audiology Services IDIQ- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE
Period of Performance is projected to be: 04 August 2025 - 03 August 2030 IDIQ 5 years. Audiology Services, Firm fixed Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).
In support of Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) Including Exams, Treatment and DOEHRS-HC Entry. Contractor shall provide all management, labor, material, equipment, certifications and supplies necessary to provide all listed Augiology services, utilizing a mobile hearing booth and portable equipment in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and compliant with all Federal labor, health, etc. regulations.
The DRAFT PWS is attached and will be made part of this solicitation. The released Solicitation with the final PWS will be posted on or about 2 JULY 2025.
The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York.
The Government anticipates this procurement will be a small business set aside, principle NAICS is 621340 and size standard is $12,500,000.00. The New York Army This acquisition is utilizing procedures in FAR part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
Medical Readiness Event (MRE) predominately occurs at Camp Smith, NY were the vendor is required to setup audiology mobile haearing booth and all required equipment to be completed either the day prior to event or day of the event provided they can be fully operational and able to take patients at least 1/2 hour prior to the start time of each event.
Contractor Must Provide proof of its authorization through the New York Secretary of State and New York State Education Department as an entity registered to provide audiology services within the State of New York to include licensure of all Audiologist and Audiology Technicians.
