Solicitation N0042125Q1168 is issued as a brand name procurement. The Government intends to purchase on afirm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for IETLabs, Inc. under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and Part13. Must be an authorized distributor for IET Labs, Inc.

Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior tosubmission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplishedelectronically at http://www.sam.gov.
Offers must complete the attached certification in Section K of this solicitation, 52.209-11, Representation byCorporation Regarding Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony conviction under any Federal Law. Please completecertification and provide with your offer.
This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's bestquote in terms of price and technical acceptability.
