Description:
: The project will provide a 10-foot multi-use path through Smith Park to Division Street. The plan set titled City of Springfield Plan Set - 2023PW0094 filed July 25, 2024, will be constructed and administered per City of Springfield General Conditions & Technical Specifications for Public Improvements adopted July 1, 2023. The City of Springfield will inspect the construction of this project. Due to grant requirements of this project, awarded contractor must be a MoDOT Prime Contractor. To comply, the contractor shall submit the completed Contractor Questionnaire and/or Contractor Prequalification Questionnaire with attachments not later than seven (7) days prior to the date and hour of the bid opening. See Secs 101-103 of the Standard Specifications, and Rule 7 CSR 10-15.900, "Prequalifications to Bid of Certain Contractors". Reference the MoDOT websites below to comply: a.
