- Bulletin Desc : The Springfield Water and Sewer Commission, through its Chief Procurement Officer, is seeking bids from qualified Vendors for the purchase of approximately 300,000 pounds of liquid phosphoric acid (75%). This material will be supplied in bulk liquid deliveries of approximately 45,000 pounds each to the West Parish Filters Treatment Plant, located at 1515 Granville Rd, Westfield, MA 01085-4046. Up to two (2) vendors will be awarded a contract.
