- Description:
- The City of Richmond, Virginia (the “City”), on behalf of the Department of Public Utilities (“DPU”) seeks bids from qualified firms to furnish and deliver certain emulsion polymer (“Polymer”) to the City-s Wastewater Treatment Plant (“WWTP”). The WWTP treats up to 45 MGD dry weather flow and a minimum of 75 MGD wet weather flow. The WWTP consists of two (2) sludge holding tanks, five (5) dewatering centrifuges, five (5) polymer pumps and five (5) centrifuge sludge feed pumps.The City will require the successful bidder (the “Contractor”) to furnish and deliver Polymer to the WWTP for its new polymer storage tanks.
