Description : SCOPE OF WORK A)Type of Service 1) The Department of Rehabilitation's (DOR) Business Enterprise Program (BEP) equipment is located in State, Federal, County office buildings, privately owned buildings cafeterias, snack bars, convenience stores and vending machine facilities. 2) The Contractor shall provide Refrigeration Preventative Maintenance for the DOR BEP cafeterias, snack bars, and vending facilities. Timely services must be provided to ensure the BEP vendor has limited interruption of business operations. Refrigeration preventative maintenance shall be performed on equipment to include, but are not limited to, refrigerators, freezers, ice machines, salad bars, vending machines (refrigeration only), yogurt machines (refrigeration only), and walk in refrigeration units. Contractor will perform the following refrigeration preventative maintenance in each location on one Authorization for Repairs and Service - DR 1308.a.Check the temperature of the unit(s). Ensure that each thermostat for each unit is functioning. Refrigeration temperature is to be between 35 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit and freezers temperature should be between ¿2 and 5 degrees Fahrenheit.b.Change water filter in ice makers and update ¿date changed¿, change belts and hoses when necessary.c.Inspect vacuum condenser, coils and general area and remove any loose debris and remove all items being stored on the top of the unit.d.Use a condenser coil brush to brush the condenser, straightening all co...
