Description:
The District of Columbia Government (the “District”), acting by and through its Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”), Division of Contracts and Procurement, collectively the “District”, seeks to engage multiple Small Business Enterprise (“SBE”) firms (the “Contractors”) to provide City-wide On-Call Snow Clearing Support Services on an as-needed basis across District-owned and/or leased properties (the \"Services\"). The intent of this procurement is to enable DGS to deploy city-wide, on an “as needed” and “where needed” basis, mobile work crews to supplement DGS-s other snow and ice removal services. The On-Call Snow Clearing Support Services (the “Services”) shall be conducted in accordance with the Scope of Work in Section [C] of this Invitation for Bid (“IFB” or “Solicitation”), the Department-s Standard Contract Provisions (“SCP”) for Supplies and Service Contracts, January 2016 Exhibit E.1, and other associatedcontract exhibits,and solicitation attachments listed inSection [J] of this IFB and the proposed contract (“Contract”).
