Description:
The Texas Animal Health Commission (TAHC) is soliciting bids from qualified fence building vendors to construct several sections of fence in Willacy County to the exact specifications listed in Attachment C: Statement of Work. The selected vendor will be required to adhere to written specifications and complete the project in a timely manner, as the work is time-sensitive.Interested vendors must meet the minimum requirements as listed in Attachment D: Vendor Minimum Requirements and be willing and able to start work no later than April 15, 2025 and complete the work on or before June 1, 2025.Please note that an on-site visit is mandatory to submit a bid.Interested vendors will meet at Texas Animal Health Commission Willacy office located at 25833 Zinnia County Rd, Santa Monica TX 78569 and then travel with the project manager to the site. On-site visit options are listed on the procurement schedule shown on the cover page of the IFB document. To reserve a spot for one of the on-site visits, the instructions are listed in section 3.10 of the IFB document.Respondents should monitor this website for any addendums,questions/answers or changes.
