Description:
Description : This IFB is being issued in accordance with Government Code (GC) 11120, which states that proceedings of public agencies shall be conducted openly so that the public may remain informed. Court reporting of these proceedings is essential to obtain certified transcriptions in the event of litigation and/or regulatory review by the Office of Administrative Law.The purpose of the IFB is to procure as needed Certified Shorthand Reporter (CSR), Transcription, and other Associated Services to transcribe proceedings of public hearings, meetings, workshops as specified by the OEHHA, and other events. This Agreement will provide word-by-word, speaker-by-speaker transcriptions of OEHHA¿s public hearings, meetings, and workshops and other events that are subject to these requirements. Certified legal transcriptions at OEHHA will typically involve proceedings of highly technical scientific language or comparable complex events.Ensure to review IFB packet for details.
