- Bulletin Desc : The Springfield Water and Sewer Commission seeks bids from qualified Vendors for bituminous concrete products. The selected vendor will supply the SWSC as needed during the term of this agreement - for One (1) Year with 2- one year in length renewals. The amount of the contract will have a not to exceed value of $350,000.00 per year.
