For an accessible version of solicitation documents published on this page, please submit a request at http://bit.ly/dpac-ada or call (916) 654-2852.Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, travel costs, materials, work signs, traffic control,miscellaneous hardware, disposal costs, permits, and equipment required to perform repair and/orreplacement of street light standards and damaged concrete bases located on the State HighwaySystem.Bidder shall have at time of bid submittal, continuously thereafter, and for the duration of theAgreement, a current and valid Class A - General Engineering Contractor, or C10 - ElectricalContractor with a C-31 - Construction Zone Traffic Control Contractor issued by theContractors State License Board (CSLB) for the type of work to be performed.Bidder and subcontractor shall possess at the time of bid submittal, continuously thereafter, andfor the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current registration with the Department of IndustrialRelations (DIR). Caltrans will verify bidder¿s DIR registration; it is not necessary to provide a copy.
