Description:
The Clay County Purchasing Department submits a request for a competitive, sealed bid from prospective Vendors for Camping and Fishing Vending Machines (Non-Perishable items) for the Parks Department in accordance with the requirements and provisions stated herein. Bid responses are due no later than April 08, 2025, prior to 2:00 p.m. In order for an IFB document to be considered complete, the Clay County documents MUST be completed in their entirety. The cover page MUST be completed, all pages MUST be initialed and the Terms and Conditions Acknowledgement Form MUST be signed. Additionally, all mandatory documents such as all Addendums MUST be acknowledged, signed and submitted with all Bid documents, as well. It shall be the vendor-s responsibility to periodically check the above referenced web site for any potential Addendums or changes to the IFB document. All Questions Due by End of Day Friday March 28, 2025.
