IFC, a member of the World Bank Group (WBG), is the largestglobal development institution focused on the private sector in emergingmarkets. Working with more than 2,000 businesses worldwide, IFC uses itscapital, expertise, and influence to create markets and opportunities in thetoughest areas of the world. IFC leverages the power of the private sector tohelp end poverty and boost shared prosperity. Specifically, IFC invests inprivate sector projects in developing countries, primarily in the form of debtand equity financing to private companies (Investment Operations/Services). IFCalso provides a variety of Advisory Services to private businesses andgovernments in developing countries to support private sector-led growth andenhance the development impact of its operations. These services cover a broadspectrum including tailored advice to firms and financial institutions, adviceon privatization, business related public policy and industry-specific issues. To obtain feedback from clients andto assess client satisfaction on key parameters, The IFC Client Survey aims to obtain a broad andconsistent picture of client satisfaction, perception of impact and demand forservices. This information is reported in various IFC reporting platforms toinform IFC-s strategy and enhance client relationship management. In this regard, IFC is engaging the Consulting Firm (“theConsultant”) to reimagine the current survey and bring best practices, administer theunified survey and monitor progress on Survey completion, conduct detailedanalysis, provide translation and interpretation services (nice to have), andreport on the Survey results to IFC. A key objective of survey administrationis to reach clients with whom IFC has had interaction in all aspects of itsbusiness. IFC is engaging the Consultant to conduct IFC Client Survey startingon April, 2025.
