- IFC DigiLab GenAI is an acceleration program designed to enhance GenAI capacities in financial institutions, based on the renowned DigiLab methodology. IFC will subcontract a specialized firm to design and pilot the first DigiLab GenAI cohort. The selected firm will provide expert guidance and a technical environment for testing GenAI use cases. The scope of work includes supporing FIs develop their Enterprise GenAI Strategy, conducting workshops and training sessions, offering mentoring services, and providing ongoing support during the project duration. Additionally, the firm will facilitate the creation, testing, and deployment of GenAI models, monitor their performance, and offer optimization recommendations.
