Synopsis:
This is a notification of the intent to make a Task Order award to DELOITTE CONSULTING, LLC (UEI CKV2L9GZKJK3) under Product/Service Code D308 (IT & Telecom - Programming), and NAICS Code 541512 (Computer Systems Design Services) by Indian Health Service for a BASE Period of twelve (12) months and no Options Periods under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
If you can provide the services requested, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the Agency and may be e-mailed to brendon.moran@ihs.gov referencing notice number 75H70425Q00048 by 5 PM (EST), 4 October, 2025. A determination by the Government to terminate the intended contract acquisition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate.
