The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to do the following:
1) Change the buyer from Joel Scott to Samantha Pearce (samantha.a.pearce@faa.gov)
2) Extend the due date from 28 February 2025 to 14 March 2025 at 1700 CT
3) Incorporate AMS Clause 3.2.2.3-67 SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS FOR WORK AT OPERATING AIRPORTS (JUL 2024)
4) Incorporate AMS Clause 3.6.6-3 CONTRACTOR POLICY TO BAN TEXT MESSAGING WHILE DRIVING (JUL 2023)
5) Change the Period of Performance after issuance of Notice to Proceed from 30 days to 15 days.
6) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
All offerors are required to acknowledge amendment 0001 on page 2 of the SIR or provide a signed copy of the amendment (SF30) with their bid submission. If this amendment is not acknowledged or signed, the bid will be considered non-responsive.
