Determine small business participation under NAICS Code 811210 - Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance (Small Business Size Standard: $34 million).Background
The FDA Human Food Program, Office of Applied Microbiology and Technology, has maintained preventative maintenance coverage on the Illumina NextSeq 500 sequencing instrument (S/N NS500464) to ensure consistent performance and quality of data for food safety research. The current maintenance contract has expired and a new plan is required to begin immediately.
Objective
To acquire a Silver Support Plan for the Illumina NextSeq 500 instrument for a base period of 12 months and four (4) additional option years.
