The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 10 Contracting Office, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a single source, intends to negotiate on a single source basis a base plus four, one-year option years contract with Covidien Sales, 15 Hampshire St, Mansfield, MA 02048 to provide the Proactive Care Service Plan for preventative maintenance of the Illumisite Fluoroscopic Navigation Platform for the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center.NAICS Code is 811210, and Size Standard is $34 Million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, solicitations, or request for offers.
