The County, Like Many Areas Experiencing Growth, Uses Impact Fees To Help Fund Infrastructure Improvements Needed To Serve New Development. These Fees Are Assessed By Developers To Ensure They Contribute To The Costs Of Public Facilities Like Roads, Schools, Parks, And Utilities. Purpose: It Is The Countys Intention To Award One (1) Consulting Firm For All The Services Listed Herein. The Study Will Aid The County Is Developing A New Fee Structure.
