Building And Land Technology (D/B/A Henry Stamford Llc) And The Western Connecticut Council Of Governments (Westcog) Are Seeking Assistance From A Contractor Permitted In Accordance With Connecticut General Statutes (Cgs) Section 22A-454 (I.E., Must Be Listed As A State Of Connecticut 201Cpermitted Spill Cleanup Contractor 201D) To Assist With Implementation Of A United States Environmental Protection Agency (Usepa) And Connecticut Department Of Energy And Environmental Protection (Deep) Approved Polychlorinated Biphenyl (Pcb) Cleanup Plan. The Cleanup Plan Includes Excavation And Offsite Disposal Of Impacted Soils And Onsite Treatment And Discharge Of Dewatered Wastewaters. Funding For The Project Is Made Available Through The Municipal Brownfield Grant Program Pursuant To Cgs Section 32-763 And Shall Comply With The Connecticut Department Of Economic And Community Development (Decd) 2013 Bidding, Contracting & Construction Guidelines For State Programs Dated June 2024.
