Description:
Description : The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) is soliciting proposals from firms that are able to lead coordination of two statewide networks of professionals working to improve asthma outcomes and build health equity: Community Action to Fight Asthma (CAFA) Network and California Healthy Housing Coalition (CHHC). These networks focus on environmental conditions, like wildfire smoke exposure, as a key issue affecting people with asthma in California, share best practices to mitigate environmental asthma triggers, and facilitate connections to the asthma self-management activities led by CDPH. Proposals must address all the services described in Exhibit A entitled, ¿Scope of Work¿.CDPH intends to make a single contract award to the most responsive and responsible firm offering the highest scoring bid. This procurement is open to all eligible firms and/or individuals that meet the qualification requirements, including commercial businesses, nonprofit organizations, State or public universities (including auxiliary organizations) and other entities.
