ACQUISITION INFORMATION: TAM anticipates soliciting and awarding one Construction contract to be procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation and FAR Part 36, Construction and Architect Engineer Contracts. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Pre-Solicitation Notice or any follow up information requests.
CONTRACT MAGNITUDE: In accordance with DFARS 236.204 - Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction projects the estimated Magnitude of Construction for this acquisition is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Transatlantic Middle East District (TAM) has a requirement from the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) for design and construction to improve the Hamat Air Base (HAB) Republic of Lebanon under USACE Project Number: 506838. Geographically, the project site is 4 km North of Batroun, Lebanon, and 1.5 km West of Hamat Municipality. The work contemplated under this contract includes construction, utilizing a design-bid-build (D-B-B) package. This project is resourced using Foreign Military Financing (FMF) under Case ID: LE-B-HAH
