- Improvements and Recovery of the "Jajome Summer House" Building of Properties Managed by the Governor's Office consists of repairs to the damage caused by Hurricane Maria, which include improvements to the structure, repair to walls, work on doors, windows, repair to hexagonal wooden and zinc roof, repair to glass window with wooden frame and hardware, double wooden door with glass transom and hardware 4 feet (wide) by 6 inches (height), wooden beams, wooden columns, wooden bench painting, concrete column pedestal for light fixture, concrete slab painting for outdoor basketball court, wall painting and sheet steel door. The Sheets of Auctions will be available for digital sale starting Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. Atlantic Standard Time until Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. Atlantic Standard Time Time).
