Description:
The Improvement and Recovery project of the "Pink House" building, belonging to the properties managed by the Governor's Office, consists of repairing the damage caused by Hurricane María. The work to be carried out includes improvements to the structure, repair of walls, doors and windows, repair of slabs, installation of an air conditioning system, among other works. The Auction Documents will be available for digital sale from Friday, November 21, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. Atlantic Standard Time until Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. Atlantic Standard Time. The document will have a NON-REFUNDABLE cost of one hundred ($100.00) dollars payable to the Infrastructure Financing Authority (AFI). Payment will be made through the PAYPAL application (1. Go to the page www.afi.pr.gov 2. Click "AUCTIONS 3. Click "year 2025_PAYPAL 4. Read instructions). In the transaction of purchase with PAYPAL, the Bidder must write the number and name of the auction, email, telephone number and name of the participating company.
