Description:
The project consists of repairing the damage caused by Hurricane Maria to the "Secretariat" building, including improvements to the structure, repair of concrete moldings for ornamental walls, wall repair, and painting finish, installation of an air conditioning unit and installation of waterproofing membrane on the ceilings. The Auction Documents will be available for digital sale starting Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. Atlantic Standard Time until Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. Atlantic Standard Time.
