Description:
Purpose: To establish a multiple selection master contract for the execution of improvements and repairs in schools of the Public Building Authority (AEP). The prices included in the master selection contract will serve as a basis for particular contracts of projects, according to future needs identified by the entity. Validity of the multiple selection master contract: 1 year any natural or legal person, which meets the minimum requirements to establish a contract with the Puerto Rico government, are invited to participate in the formal reference auction. These requirements are established in Chapter V of Law No. 73-2019, according to amended, known as “General Services Administration Law for the Centralization of Purchases of the Government of Puerto Rico of 2019”, as well as in Regulation No. 9230 of November 18, 2020, according to amended, known as “Uniform Regulation of Purchases and Auctions of Goods, Works and Services Non-Profession Rich".
