The UPR Comprehensive Cancer Center will be receiving proposals in sealed envelopes in accordance with the instructions issued for this auction process for the project: Improvements to the A/C system ducts and roof waterproofing of the hospital for the damage caused by Hurricane Maria. A meeting will be held where the scope of the project will be discussed and a guided tour will be held, the dates and times of this meeting are indicated in the instructions, both are mandatory to be able to present your proposal. The proposer will present with his proposal a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the value of his proposal and must ensure that he will maintain his offer throughout the auction procedure. The Proposals will be delivered on the date and time indicated in the Purchasing Office, Floor G of the Hospital on or before the delivery deadline.
