- The Auction Board of the Highways and Transportation Authority (the Authority) will receive proposals in closed specifications for the contracting of the above-mentioned project. Bidders must file their proposals at the Office of the Auction Board located on the Eleventh Floor of the Authority, on or before 2:00 pm on December 3, 2025. The proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud in a virtual meeting (Webex) on December 4, 2025 at 10:00 am. It will be sent to you invitation to said meeting to anyone who has submitted their proposal so that they can connect to it. A non-mandatory pre-auction meeting will be held on November 13, 2025 at 2:00 pm. It will be virtual (Webex). A will be sent invitation to said meeting to anyone who has registered with the Estimates and Auctions Office on or before the day before the pre-auction date. All necessary information, as well as contract and proposal documents, can be obtained at the Estimates and Auctions Office of the Authority located on the 11th floor, of the South Tower of the Roberto Sánchez Vilella Government Center (formerly Minillas), (787) 721-8787, extensions 51132 or 51134, from the date of publication of this notice, up to two days business days before the date set for the opening of the specifications by means of a non-refundable payment of $150.00. THESE DOCUMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLY IN DIGITAL FORMAT TO BE ACCESSED FROM A LINK THAT WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU VIA MAIL ELECTRONIC.
