Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Improving Quality of Third-Party Monitoring in Yemen. ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION The objective of this assignment is to improve quality of TPM reporting through: (1) review of TPM methodology and questionnaires and recommend technical suggestions to improve quality of TPM; (2) create a reporting template for TPMAs to use in the future rounds; and (3) provide support to the World Bank in statistical analysis and data visualization. (1) Review of TPM methodology: - Review the currently implemented TPM questionnaires and methodology, focusing on data collection process including completeness, timeliness, and quality of data, as well as data analysis. - Reviewing raw TPM data to identify missing or incomplete data. - Follow up with TPMA through Recipients of the World Bank grants (i.e., UNICEF and WHO) to ascertain reasons for the missing data. - Provide technical suggestions to be implemented by the TPMAs to ensure completeness of data. - Identify with the TPMAs reasons behind delays in data collection and sharing. - Set with the TPMAs and the implementing agency Publication Date: 14-Jul-2022 Expression of Interest Deadline: 21-Jul-2022
