Description
The Bureau of Reclamation intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to TDS/Happy Valley Telephone Company for Facilities Access Service for a T1 Data Circuit (Circuit ID: 32PMNJ290800-000-PT). The circuit provides dedicated data communication between Trinity Dam and Keswick Dam, supporting the real-time operation of the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system.TDS/Happy Valley has continuously provided this circuit since 2001 and is the only Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) authorized to service the area. The service is regulated by tariffs and overseen by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC).
