Description:
The purpose of this solicitation is to receive responses and award a contract to a vendor to provide: In Body 580 Package including Bluetooth Device, In Body Printer Package including (Result Sheets(500), In Body Tissue, In Body USB, Printer, Posters. (Or Approved Equal). See Exhibit C for specifications. •Include freight to Arden Hills Training Site(AHATS), 4800 Hamline Avenue North, Arden Hills , MN 55112 THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/SOLICITATION. Responders must submit their bids on the Supplier Portal. No Non-Electronic or email response will be accepted. The response must be submitted no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details. QUESTIONS. Any questions and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation shall be made in writing to Kim Gunderson, kimberly.k.gunderson@state.mn.us. If a Responder discovers and significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the solicitation in the solicitation, the Responder must immediately notify Kim Gunderson in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. All questions should be submitted no later than the date and time defined in Section 1 of the Request For Bid. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation. SWIFT VENDOR ASSISTANCE HELPDESK. Vendors needing help with registration and/or completing their response to the Event in the Supplier Portal may contact the Vendor Assistance Helpdesk: 651.201.8100, Option 1. Your bid is not submitted until you select the 'SUBMIT BID' button. You will receive a confirmation message when your bid has been submitted. Print and save your confirmation page. If your response does not comply with the solicitation requirements, it will be rejected. The Department of Military Affairs will award the event to the lowest responsible bidder that meets the specifications and all terms and conditions. The State of Minnesota reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State. Thank you for your interest and participation. NOTE: Suppliers registered only as bidders must register as suppliers before they can be awarded an event. Make sure that the registration occurs prior to Notice of the Intent to Award.
