COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance withthe format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in thisnotice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and awritten solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) Solicitation Number HDEC0224R0002-This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal.
(iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effectthrough Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-01.
(iv) Set-Aside and NAICS Code: This solicitation is Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 311710 The small business size standard is 750.
(v) The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Requirement Type contractfor the commercial service In-store Seafood Market Resale Operations to include Roadshowslisted in the Contract Line-Item Numbers (CLINs). See Attachment 1.
(vi) Description of Requirements: This acquisition provides for In-store Seafood Market ResaleOperations to Include Roadshows for four commissary locations in Hawaii,which directly engages the time and effort of a contractor whose primary purpose is to furnishall personnel, supervision, food products, expendable supplies, and other items unlessotherwise specified necessary to operate a well- stocked seafood market resale operation toinclude roadshows offering a variety of items in quantities to satisfy patron demands, ensuresavings, increase sales, and maximize patron satisfaction during normal hours of commissaryoperations.
