Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Request for Quote; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
1) The Indiana Army National Guard is soliciting W912L9-25-Q-9007 as an RFQ.
2) This Firm Fixed Price (FFP) procurement is set aside for Total Small Business.
3) CLIN 0001 - Lodging - Shall consist of eight (8) double rooms (2 persons each) from 29 June to 13 July 2025 as well as one (1) single room (1 person) from 30 June to 13 July 2025. Hotel location shall not exceed a 10 mile radius from 2002 South Holt Road, Indianapolis, IN 46241. Lodging rates shall not exceed local per diem rates. A certification or star rating of 3 stars is preferred but at a minimum the Joint Travel Regulation lodging standards shall be met. A parking space per individual is required. Interior room entrance is also required.
3a) A tax exempt form shall be provided. The award decision shall be made on June 23rd with contract award occuring no later than June 25th 2025.
4) Submission Requirements: A detailed description of work to be performed along with pricing information. Please read the attachment, titled, Evaluation of Commercial Items, carefully.
5) Quotes shall include the following:

6) The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the RFQ will represent the BEST VALUE to the Government.
7) Quotes are due at 4 PM. local (eastern) time on 20 June 2025. Quotes shall be submitted via email to brian.williams132.civ@army.mil.
