The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible companysubmitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase orderbased on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions withcompanies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.The purpose of this fixed price contract is to obtain Incinerator For Embassy Use Med-Clas.Docs for U.S. Government at Libreville for a Facility Management Project at NEC Libreville.The Contractor shall provide the required elevator spare parts.The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. Theresultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) DatabaseSAM.gov | Home prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
