THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. This procurement will result in a single-award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Architect-Engineer (A-E) services for Waterfront Engineering, Design, Surveying, and related services at various locations in Japan. A-E services to be provided under this contract include, but are not limited to: the preparation of plans and specifications for Design-Bid-Build (DBB) projects, design analyses, design studies, seismic studies, cost estimates, DD1391 development, and Design-Build (DB) Requests for Proposal (RFP) package development. Post Construction Award Services (PCAS) may also be required. Work shall be performed in accordance with all applicable United States and Host Nation laws, regulations, and standards. These services will be procured in accordance with 40 USC Chapter 11, Selection of Architects and Engineers, as implemented by FAR Subpart 36.6. See attached Synopsis. - Documents:
