Description
This Special Notice is being conducted under FAR Part 10. Note: The Government will not provide response to queries/information submitted in response to this notice.
This Special Notice is intended to provide an opportunity for industry (both Small Businesses and Other than Small Businesses) to submit feedback concerning the design of the proposed seed project and supporting procurement.
This special notice provides a draft solicitation and supporting design documents for the potential IDIQ MACC for Large Scaled U.S. Military Construction Projects in the NAVFAC Washington Area of Operations (AO). This procurement is intended to be solicited as an unrestricted (full and open) procurement document with the potential for use of Small Business Reserves IAW FAR 19.503.
This is NOT an official solicitation and the Government will not consider any unsolicited proposals in response to this notice. The Government will not consider any award(s) on information submitted in response to this Special Notice.
