Description:
The County of DeKalb, GA (the \"County\"), is soliciting sealed responses for Indefinite Quantities Water, Sewer, and Emergency. Responses are to be submitted via the Countys eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/dekalbcountyga PRIOR TO 3:00 p.m. ET on October 27, 2025. Late responses will not be accepted.The Water system work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing and installing labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals required for pipe laying and repair services on water transmission mains, distribution mains, and service lines.The Sewer system work to be performed under this Contract consists of completing necessary repairs to linear sewer infrastructure utilizing alternate repair techniques, as approved, such as: Open-cut/Replacement, Jack-and-Bore, manhole rehabilitation, lateral replacement, rehabilitation, and any other methods deemed necessary. The intent of the Emergency portion of this Contract is to provide a means for the County to respond to sudden or unforeseen failures or malfunctions of existing water mains, their appurtenances; gravity sewers, their appurtenances; and all force mains.
