- WorkforceSolutions Cameron is soliciting a firm or individual (Respondent) to provideevaluator services to Workforce Solutions Cameron for the evaluation of allproposals submitted to the solicitation for Managementof Direct Child Care Services.The Respondent will provide services that will include but are notlimited to review and evaluate.Respondentscan submit proposals for lead evaluator, evaluator, or both.Qualified evaluators must meet the following minimum requirements.a.Respondents should adhere closely to the instructions provided in thisRFQ. Proposals will be evaluated based on their content, and no changes oradditions will be accepted after the submission deadline. Selection forpossible further negotiation and/or interviews is competitive and will dependupon the quality of a proposal.b.Workforce Solutions Cameron will select the top three (3)proposers. A lead evaluator will be appointedto coordinate the proposal evaluations with the other two (2) evaluators.c.Evaluators will be sent a copy of the Request for Proposal, evaluationtools, service agreement and conflict of interest forms, upon selection.d.Respondents must be available to review and score proposals off-site betweenthe estimated dates of May 12 through May 23, 2025,for the Managementof Direct Child Care Services RFP.
