The intent of this RFI is to identify sources that can provide Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) instrumentation systems for measuring performance of small (≤50 Lbs) Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGV) operating in the non-line of site and indoor test environment. ATC conducts unmanned test missions in the former Army Pulse Radiation Facility (APRF), which provides a subterranean and non-line of site mission area without Global Positioning System (GPS) service.
