- PURPOSETo ensure compliance with federal, state, and local procurement regulations, Birdville Independent School District (BISD) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for the supply of industrial paper products. These products will be purchased through BISD Distribution Center for distribution to campuses and departments districtwide. The estimated annual contract value is $280,060.91, based on 2024-2025 expenditures. Quantities listed in the line items are estimates based on the District-s ordering patterns during the 2024-2025 school year.SCOPE OF WORKThe contract is divided into two packages and one line item: (1) toilet paper and dispensers, (2) paper towels and dispensers, and (3) c-fold paper towel sheets. Birdville Independent School District (BISD) reserves the right to award the contract to a single vendor for all packages, to separate vendors for individual packages, or for the single line item, whichever is determined to be most advantageous to the District.As this solicitation is based on products currently in use throughout the District, proposals offering alternate systems, substitutions, or products requiring installation will be deemed non-responsive and excluded from consideration. However, alternate brands or products may be submitted only for the C-Fold paper towel line item. Alternates will notbe accepted for the toilet paper or paper towel packages.
